Welcome! You have arrived at the pages of Agency Au-Pairs. Whether you have had au pairs in the past or this is the first time you are considering getting an au pair, we will make sure that everything runs smoothly and assist you every step of the way.

 

Agency Au-Pairs was established by Claudia Donegan in August 1997 and is located in Old Isleworth, South West London.

The idea was to start something new and innovative, something that was missing in a vast market of au pair agencies, with emphasis on outstanding customer service.

 

Agency Au-Pairs offers a unique service of personally meeting host families and au pairs. This is done, to ensure that we understand the needs and expectations of individual families and can therefore do our best to meet them. We arrange to meet the host families in the comfort of their home and at a time to suit them. The meeting usually takes between half an hour and one hour, where various aspects of having an au pair are discussed.

 

In its existence, Agency Au-Pairs has earned the reputation of an excellent au pair agency by providing a personal and professional service to both families and au pairs. We are in contact with many of the au pairs we have placed in the past, some of whom are now married and have their own children back in their homeland. A large percentage of our business comes from satisfied clients and their recommendations to family and friends. We can proudly say that we get a lot of repeat business, many host families have been with us for many years, having a new au pair every year.

 

Most of our clients are in South West London, West and Central London, although we have clients as far as Oxford and Norwich.
