We understand that families want to have choices when searching for au pair. Therefore, unlike a lot of agencies we do not charge you the fee for the 'privelage' of registering with us.

Guarantee
If the placed au pair proves unsuitable or leaves early, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge (please read our Ts&Cs).
